It is preferred that you still use your Tenet Dashboard to make payments, enroll in AutoPay, and reach out for support.

You have the option to make a one-time payment via Innovate by using your Tenet Loan # found in the top left-hand corner of your Tenet Dashboard ((Example: tenet000001) "t" must be lowercase in account number))) & following the instructions in their welcome email or utilizing their contact info below.
