Yes, Tenet offers a one-time due date change to all customers. This applies when changing your first payment due date as well.
To change your due date, please contact Tenet Support from the email or phone linked to your Tenet Loan, and let us know the date you would like your due date adjusted.
Note: You can also make a one-time payment at any time before your payment due date. And you can also change your AutoPay draw date to be any day of the month, as long as it falls before the due date. To change your AutoPay draw date, please contact Tenet Support from the email or phone linked to your Tenet Account, and let us know the date you would like your auto payment adjusted to.
Restrictions:
Due date change cannot be more than 29 days after the previous due date. For Example if your current due date is set to the 1st, it can not be updated to the 31st.
New due date cannot fall after the 25th of the month.
Account cannot exceed more than 45 days after contract start date to first payment, as a result of a due date change.
No due dates will be reset after the 28th, to the end of the month.
Loan must not be delinquent at the time of the change.
