How do I setup a payment extension?

We understand that certain hardships like Job Loss, Illness, Vehicle Repair Expenses or other hardships can cause financial stress, and Tenet is here to help.

To request a payment extension, please contact Tenet from the phone or email linked to your Tenet Account.

If you meet our requirements Tenet may grant a payment extension of up to 30 days.
