Here's a quick guide to walk you through the steps:
Turning off smart charging
Log into your Tenet account
Navigate to the smart charging section on your loan summary view
Simply set the toggle to ‘Off.’ This will deactivate the Smart Charging feature immediately.
Disconnecting your vehicle account
While in the ‘smart charging’ section, proceed to ‘Settings.’
Scroll down to find the 'Account connection' section.
Click on the ‘Disconnect’ option to un-link your vehicle account (e.g., Tesla) from your Tenet dashboard.
A pop-up will appear to confirm your action. Click ‘Yes’ or ‘Confirm’ to finalize the disconnection.
You’ll then be un-enrolled from TenetConnect.
