How do I Reconsent to a new Soft Credit Check?
Updated over 3 months ago

If it has been 30 Days since your last Soft Credit Check your offer may be expired, and you may need to Reconsent to a new Soft Credit Check.

Or if you initially applied indicating the have Vehicle will be purchased directly from Tesla, Rivian, or Lucid, and then later change the purchase source from OEM to Franchise, Independent Dealership, or Private Purchase from KeySavvy, you will need to Reconsent to a new Soft Credit Check, as Credit Eligibility Requirements differ for Loans purchased directly from OEM, then a Third Party.

Note: Soft Credit Check will have no impact on your Credit. Tenet only requires a Hard Credit Check prior to finalizing and funding your Loan within 30 Days of your Delivery Date.

To Reconsent to a new Soft Credit Check on your Tenet Application:

  1. Click on the “Edit” button in the top right-hand corner of your Tenet Dashboard.

  2. Click on “Edit offer details

  3. Click on “Back” in the top left 2 times.

  4. Click on The Checkbox in The Disclaimer Message.

  5. Click “Continue”.
