Purpose
Most of the data you need can be accessed and exported directly from Standard Reports or built using the Report Builder. However, if your requirement cannot be met by either option, you can request an Advanced Report to be created by the technical team.
Step 1: Complete the Request Form
Reach out to a Support Consultant via the in-app chat for guidance on next steps.
Different territories may have specific processes to streamline your report creation request.
Alternatively, complete the Advanced Report Request Form with as much detail as possible about your data, required fields, filters, and format. The more specific you are, the faster and more accurately the report can be built.
Step 2: Receive a Cost Estimate
The technical team will review your request and provide a cost estimate for creating, testing, and implementing the report.
Step 3: Approve the Estimate
Review the estimate and provide written approval to proceed. Once approved, development will begin.
Step 4: Deployment and Access
After development, the new report will appear on the Advanced Reports screen.
