Welcome to Your Learning Journey
Starting with a new app or joining a company that already uses it can feel overwhelming. You may be asking:
What is expected of me?
Where do I begin?
In what order should I learn things?
How do I know when I’m ready to move on?
Where can I get help?
This guide is your launch point. It explains where learning fits into onboarding, who supports you, and what your first action should be. Save this article and return whenever you’re unsure of “what’s next.”
You Are Here
Where Are You in This Process?
For New Customers
Your company is likely wrapping up the Refine step. The onboarding team and your Custodian are validating and refining data from your ERP system. Because the app is a sophisticated calculator, accurate data ensures reliable outputs.
Your journey has moved to the Learn step, where you will complete on-demand courses, homework, and guided discovery assignments before earning certification.
For Existing Customers (New Users)
The app is already integrated, configured, and in use. Your colleagues have completed their Learn step and are now in the Support step. You will enter the same Learn step to align your knowledge and ensure a consistent understanding across your team.
Who Supports What
Understanding where to ask questions helps you move faster and avoid confusion.
Custodian
Your Custodian is your internal company champion. They:
Oversee adoption and ongoing engagement.
Act as the bridge between business processes and system usage
Support company-specific workflows
Ask your Custodian about:
How your company uses the app
Internal inventory processes
Company-specific configuration decisions
If you do not know who your Custodian is, ask your line manager or colleagues.
Support Team
When you submit a support query, the AI assistant will first attempt to resolve your question using available help content and system knowledge. If the AI cannot fully resolve the issue, your request is automatically routed to a human support agent for follow-up and resolution.
Ask the Support Team about:
App functionality and system behavior
Errors or unexpected results
Performance or access issues
Feature usage questions not covered by internal workflows
