In-App Contextual Help

  • Tour (Component)

    Take a tour of a specific tab, panel, or report. Unlike the screen tour in the Learning menu, a component tour provides additional detail about the section being viewed. You can access tours by clicking the “?” on the applicable tab, panel, or report.

  • Videos (Component) ▶️

    Click the “video” icon on applicable tabs or panels to access bite-sized videos that explain or expand on the information displayed on the screen.


Direct Support

  • Support Chat

    Click the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the app to enter keywords or a full question. Related articles will appear automatically, or you can connect directly with one of our support consultants for live assistance.


Additional Training Options

Learning doesn’t stop once you’ve completed the Learn step and certification. As your company grows, your processes evolve, and your Netstock setup needs to keep pace. Post-onboarding training ensures you keep building skills and maximizing value.


Option 1: Standard Training with Review Sessions (Paid)

This option builds on the Standard Training and adds paid Review Sessions.
Training happens on an ad-hoc basis with a Customer Success Consultant (CSC) who can:

  • Answer questions specific to your company’s app instance

  • Help set or refine policies and configuration settings

  • Provide expert insight into your next steps

Review Sessions are offered at the standard support rate per hour.


Option 2: Support+ Packages (Paid)

For more comprehensive, ongoing support, you can sign up for a Support+ package. These packages provide extended guidance, technical expertise, and proactive consulting tailored to your business needs.

Training

  • Rapid onboarding of new team members

  • Focused training on a topic: ordering, forecasting, and exception management.

  • Sales and Operations Planning

Periodic Audits

  • Review policy to identify focus areas

  • Upskill team with advanced discussions

  • Optimize policy to improve fill rate, lower inventory cost, and better align ordering.

  • Review progress toward a target

Technical

  • Identify and connect new data to enable additional functionality

  • Coordinate data alignment due to a change in ERP

  • Reporting changes

  • Procedures to manipulate info

Netstock offers three Support+ packages designed to provide the right level of support for your business. Providing ongoing dialogue between Netstock and your business ensures current issues are investigated and quickly leveraged to drive improvement. Our inventory advisory service includes a one-time fee to establish a baseline and then a monthly subscription fee based on ongoing interaction. This baseline includes:

  • Initial audit to understand the business

  • A tune-up of the instance

  • Any initial changes/reports needed upfront to get the business functioning at a higher level.
