Updated over 10 months ago

TetraBot is a collection of automation tools designed to streamline your research processes in Tetra. This guide will walk you through how to use TetraBot for calendar integration, project scheduling, automated summaries, tagging, Q&A identification, and TetraBot Chat.

1. Calendar Integration

To start using TetraBot, integrate it with your calendar to automatically record and live stream meetings.

Step 1: Navigate to the Sessions tab.

Step 2: Configure your calendar and recording preferences (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).

Once set up, TetraBot will automatically join your scheduled meetings, record them, and live stream to the backroom. You can also use live notes tools during the session to create timestamped notes and interact with your research materials in real time.

2. Project Scheduling

You can also schedule TetraBot directly through your projects:

Step 1: Inside a project, click the Record a Meeting button.

Step 2: Choose one of the following:

Select an event from your calendar integration.

Schedule a meeting by adding a date, time, and meeting link.

Launch a meeting immediately by entering a media link URL and clicking Launch Now.

After TetraBot records the meeting, advanced analysis features will be available for use.

3. Automated Summaries

Once a meeting is recorded and uploaded, TetraBot generates an automated summary:

Step 1: Click the TetraBot button and select Summary.

Step 2: View the automatically generated report, which is also emailed to you.

To customize the automated summary email:

• Navigate to User Settings and select Automated Summary Email.

• Create custom prompts and sections for inclusion in the summary. This customized email will be sent to you and also be available within the asset for team members to view.

4. Automated Tagging and Q&A Identification

TetraBot also offers automated tagging and Q&A identification:

Step 1: Click TetraBot and select Automated Tagging & Q&A.

Step 2: TetraBot will analyze the transcript, applying the tags defined in your tagging area by matching prompts to the text.

Q&A Identification: TetraBot identifies snippets where questions (tagged with the TetraBot icon) and their answers appear in the materials, adding these as analyzed data.

5. TetraBot Chat

One of the most powerful features of TetraBot is the TetraBot Chat, which enables you to interact directly with your data:

Step 1: Inside an asset, click TetraBot, then select Chat with TetraBot.

Step 2: You can now ask questions, generate reports, summaries, and more. You can also create snippets and insights automatically with a click of a button.
