Tetra Insights makes it easy to streamline your research, collaboration, and insights generation. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started with key features.

1. Connect TetraBot to Your Calendar

Start by connecting TetraBot to your calendar to automatically record your meetings.

Step 1: Click on Sessions in the top navigation.

Step 2: Select either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to connect your calendar.

Step 3: Once connected, set your automated recording preferences.

Now, all scheduled meetings that match your settings will appear automatically in Tetra, ready to be recorded.

2. Customize AI Summary Email

Next, customize the AI-generated summary that is emailed to you after each recorded meeting.

Step 1: Go to User Settings and select AI Summary Email.

Step 2: Create custom prompts that will automatically run on the transcript of each conversation recorded or uploaded to Tetra.

This feature allows you to pull highlights, generate detailed reports, or even draft follow-up emails—all automatically.

3. Create a Project

Tetra enables you to run complete research and insights projects.

Step 1: Click New Project.

Step 2: Select a template based on your project type and customize the materials.

Step 3: Schedule sessions or upload existing recordings.

Uploading is seamless with one-click cloud integrations and bulk uploads from your local device.

4. TetraBot Chat

Once your conversation is transcribed, use TetraBot Chat to interact with your data.

Generate Summaries: Get quick summaries of your meetings or data.

Answer Questions: Ask specific questions and get answers from your data.

Create Reports & Insights: Draft reports or create insights with a simple chat.

You can also chat across an entire project’s worth of data by selecting conversations in the Interviews area and clicking Chat with TetraBot.

5. Analyze with Snippets and Tags

For manual analysis, you can highlight transcripts, annotate, and tag key sections of your data.

Tag Management: All tagged content will be compiled in the Tag section.

Share Insights: Create and share insights based on your tagged content to highlight key findings.

6. Collaboration

Collaboration is easy across all aspects of Tetra.

Shareable Content: Every interview, snippet, insight, and report is shareable with just a single click. You can also export content across the platform.

Tagging Colleagues: @mention colleagues to bring them directly into specific data for seamless teamwork.

7. Support

For additional assistance, click the Support button in the top-right corner. Here, you can access our Knowledge Base or use Live Chat for real-time help at any time.
