Can I cancel or change my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is received, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change to the confirmed delivery address or a preferred delivery date and time. Please contact support for any requests regarding modifications to the delivery address or to request a preferred delivery date later than the confirmed lead time.

Cancellations may still be possible if your order has not yet been processed and shipment hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us to check, as the shipment may already be in progress.

For made-to-order items, changes, cancellations, and returns are not permitted. However, if you wish to proceed with canceling a made-to-order item, we may offer a partial refund or store credit in some cases.

Please note that canceling an order incurs a 5% non-refundable cancellation fee. Eligible items can still be returned in line with our terms and conditions.
