We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is received, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Cancellations may still be possible if your shipment hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us to check, as the shipment may already be in progress.
For made-to-order items, changes, cancellations, and returns are not permitted. However, if you wish to proceed with canceling a made-to-order item, we can offer a partial refund or store credit.
Please note that canceling an order incurs a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee. Eligible items can still be returned in line with our terms and conditions.
