Order cancellations may still be possible if your shipment hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care Team to check, as the shipment may already be in progress. Note that changes, cancellations, and returns are not permitted for made-to-order items.
If you cancel your order, a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply. Eligible items can be returned according to our terms and conditions.
