We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Order cancellations for in-stock items may still be possible if your shipment hasn’t been dispatched. Please get in touch with customer service to check, as the shipment may already be in progress. Note that changes, cancellations, and returns are not permitted for made-to-order items.
If you cancel your order, a 5% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply. Eligible items can be returned in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change to the confirmed delivery address or a preferred delivery date and time. Please contact support for any requests regarding modifications to the delivery address or to request a preferred delivery date later than the confirmed lead time.
