If you choose not to pay the import duties and taxes upon your package’s arrival, That Cool Living cannot be held responsible. Depending on the circumstances, the package may:

• Be held until you pay the required duties and taxes to proceed with the delivery, or

• Be returned to our warehouse or destroyed by the courier or customs authorities.

If the package is destroyed due to refusal or non-payment:

Refused deliveries that are destroyed are the full responsibility of the customer, and no refunds can be issued in such cases.

If the package is successfully returned to us:

You will receive a refund for the product amount, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and you may also be charged for the return shipment.
