RPE (Rated Perceived Exertion) for sessions, gym sessions and fixtures can be collected on Sports Office in 3 different ways.

  1. Via the desktop version > Player RPE can be updated from the session or fixture directly by staff users with the correct access

  2. Player App > Players can leave their own RPE after the session has commenced

  3. Monitoring App > Players or Staff can use the kiosk view to leave their RPE

The recording of RPE supports reporting capabilities within the platform which allows staff to monitor the load of their players.

Why not also take advantage of the calculated metric builder which allows you to build out custom metrics across the cumulation of player load in these areas. The Load Manager feature also provides practitioners which a historical view of tracking player RPE and/or GPS load over time through the use of acute:chronic load and TSB (training stress balance).

Before RPE recording can take place

To complete the RPE for any of the above, there must be an entry in the main desktop.

FOR SESSIONS - Player(s) must be assigned at least 1 activity within a session plan. For further help and information on this, please see the Session Plan user guide here

FOR FIXTURES - Player(s) must be assigned to the Team Selection within Match Hub.

For further help and information on this, please see the Match Hub user guide here

Players can only complete the RPE after the conclusion of the session or fixture (based on start time of the event).
