1. Open the Customer Card in the mobile app.
2. Click the Text icon
3. Enter your message.
4. Click the Camera icon
5. Upload Media dialog box opens
6. Select the appropriate choice. (Upload Image, Take picture, Upload Video)
7. Once you have added the image Send Attachment screen opens (this may take a few seconds based on the size of the image)
8. If the image is correct, select Yes
9. Click the Airplane icon to send.
