There are two ways to attach images, by adding them to the gallery first, and by attaching them directly, which is only suitable for small file sizes, and not large videos
This article covers using the use of the Media Gallery, which on mobile is only available via emails.

Adding Large Files to the Media Gallery
Once you have taken your photos and video and have the files on your phone, Login to the CRM app
Once you log in, you will see your MYDAYS page
Click the 3 bars in the top left to open up the submenu, and select Media Gallery
Click the 3 bars in the top left to open up the submenu, and select Media Gallery
Here you can select whether you want the file to be stored in your personal gallery, store gallery, or gallery for anyone with the same group tags as you.
press the Upload icon to add a new media file.
Select which type of media you want to upload, or if you want to take a new picture
It will then take you to the file browser for your phone's OS. Select which file you want
The selected media will now be in the gallery, once it uploads
This may take a while if your internet connection is slow and the file is large
Sending Videos and Images from the Gallery Via Emails
Once you reach your customer's Customer Card, start a new email with them by clicking the Email icon
Within the email screen, press the Media icon
This will open the Media Gallery
Choose an image size
or click Insert on a video to insert it into the email
This will insert a link to the content within the email, for example of sending a video
