How Does Delivery Scheduling and Rental Billing Work for The Everset?

At The Everset, we strive to make the delivery and rental process as smooth as possible. This article explains how to schedule deliveries, set your preferences, and understand when billing starts for your rental order.

Delivery Scheduling

  1. Expressing Your Preferences at Checkout: When placing your order, you may select a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. Please note that this date is not guaranteed but instead serves as an indicator of your preference. Delivery appointments are finalized based on location and availability.

  2. Confirmation After Order Placement: After placing your order, our team will contact you within one business day to confirm the delivery day and time. This confirmation takes into account your location and remaining delivery capacity for your area.

Rental Billing

Your rental billing officially begins on the day you place your order and continues monthly from then. Your monthly payment schedule does not begin on your delivery day.

For example, if you place your order on 1/1 and your delivery is 1/15, your next monthly payment will be due on 2/1.

Your rental term itself begins on delivery day.
