We do ask for at least a 14-day notice to request a pick-up of your furniture. Requests of less than 14 days may require us to utilize a third-party partner to complete the appointment and will result in an additional fee.
One pick-up for your rented furniture is complimentary. Each additional pick-up, however, incurs a fee of $99 (or $199 if within our service area outside of NYC). If your building is a walk-up, additional fees apply, based on the number of floors. This is the same walk-up fee billed during your initial checkout. These charges are processed 1–2 business days prior to the pick-up.
Pick-up appointments are assigned specific time windows for better convenience and planning. Scheduling is subject to availability, so it's recommended to secure your preferred slot well in advance. Ensure that access to your building is available during the specified time window, and inform your property management of any details if access is restricted.
Any furniture not able to be picked up prior to the end of your rental term will result in the retail value being charged to your account.
Additionally, certain items like mattresses, bedding, towel sets, artwork, kitchen sets and/or rugs are not eligible for pick-up or disposal by The Everset. Before the scheduled pick-up, ensure all personal belongings are removed from the furniture.
