You will receive an order confirmation email instantly and an email with instructions on completing our required ID verification process. The ID verification will need to be completed by the person and an onboarding email from our support team within 1 business day. This email will confirm a delivery day and time and coordinate any required insurance documentation and/or elevator reservation.

Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling of your delivery or cancelling of your order.
