How do I update my billing information?

Desktop:

  1. From any page, click on the person icon in the top right of our site

  2. Log into your account

  3. Click "Update Card" under your Active Payment Method

  4. On the next screen, click "Edit" next to your active payment method for the address you'd like to update

  5. Click "Send edit payment link"

  6. Check your inbox and click "view payment information"

  7. Enter new payment information

Mobile:

  1. Tap on the 3 lines in the top left of our site

  2. Tap Login / Sign Up

  3. Log into your account

  4. Click "Update Card" under your Active Payment Method

  5. On the next screen, click "Edit" next to your active payment method for the address you'd like to update

  6. Click "Send edit payment link"

  7. Check your inbox and click "view payment information"

  8. Enter new payment information

Please note, you would need to reach out to our support team if you want to use one of your existing payment methods currently on your account for a different rental address.

For example, if you have two active rentals at 123 Main St and 456 Main Street, with a unique payment method for each, but you'd like to have both addresses to now use the same payment method, you'd need to reach out to us to make this change.
