Our general support hours are 9am-5pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holiday's. For customers with Saturday appointments, you will retain access to an emergency support team in the rare instance of an issue during your appointment.
At this time we do not provide a general support phone line and pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately answer your questions or resolve any account issues via the information provided to you 24/7 365 in your customer account, through our AI supported help and via our live chat feature.
In your customer account you will be able to view your active rentals, see past charges and receipts, update your payment information and see your next charge date.
