How do I create an account?
You can sign up using one of three methods:
Email + password
Google
Twitch
Just click Sign In at the top of the page and choose your preferred method.
I joined the waitlist. Do I need to register again?
Yes. Waitlist sign-up is not the same as account registration. You’ll need to create an account to access Thrill.com.
Is registration free?
Yes. Creating a Thrill account is 100% free.

What login methods are supported?
You can log in using:

Can I change my login method later?
Not yet. Account linking is coming, but for now, you can’t switch between login options after registration.
I didn’t get a confirmation email — what now?
Email confirmation isn’t required. If you can’t log in, try Forgot Password or contact support via live chat or email us at support@thrill.com.
I see an error: “Email already in use”
You’ve likely already signed up. Try logging in or use Forgot Password to regain access.

Choose Continue with Google
Pick your Google account
You’ll be logged in instantly
Registering with Twitch
Click Join Now
Choose Continue with Twitch
Authorize access to your Twitch account
You’re in — no extra steps needed
Resetting Your Password
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen. We’ll email you a secure link to set a new one.

Do I need to provide KYC documents before finishing my registration?
Nope! We’ve made the registration process super simple. You’ll just need to provide some basic info to get started - Quick and easy!
What happens if my account is flagged during KYC/AML checks?
If your account is flagged for further verification, you’ll be notified via email or in your account dashboard. Our team will review your account and contact you if any additional documentation is required.
