Viewing & Managing Your Profile

How can I view my profile information?

Click on your Profile icon to view your basic account details. We’re working on expanding this section to include stats and activity history soon.


Security & Passwords

How do I change my password?

You can update your password anytime from your Account > Security section.

  1. Enter your current password

  2. Enter and confirm your new password

I don’t remember my current password — what now?

  1. Try logging in with an incorrect password once

  2. A Forgot Password? link will appear

  3. Follow the email instructions to reset your password

    • Avoid sending multiple password reset requests in quick succession, as this may block further emails from being triggered.

I signed up with Google or Twitch — can I set a password?

Yes. Use the Forgot Password option to add a password to your social login account, or set a password directly on your Thrill profile once signed in.

Regional Access Restrictions

In some cases, access to certain features or services on Thrill may be restricted based on your location. If you suspect this is the case:

  • Confirm whether your current region allows access to Thrill services or specific games.

Troubleshooting Network or App Errors

If you encounter an error message such as, "Something went wrong. Try again," take the following steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as sign-in errors may be caused by connectivity issues.

  2. Verify app functionality:

    • Force-close and reopen the Thrill app.

    • Clear the app cache to refresh the application's temporary data.

    • Update the app to the latest version to resolve potential bugs.

    • Restart your device to ensure no system glitches are affecting app performance.

  3. Retry signing in after completing these steps.

Common Causes of Login Issues

Login problems typically arise due to:

  • Forgotten passwords

  • Temporary app or network errors

  • Regional access restrictions


Theme & Appearance

How do I switch between Light and Dark Mode?

You can set your preferred theme under Account > Preferences:

  1. Toggle between Light and Dark mode

  2. This setting is saved locally on your device

You’ll need to re-select your preference on each new device or browser.

Will my theme sync across devices?

No. Theme preference is stored per device. Logging in from a new device will use the default (Light) theme.


Marketing Preferences

What does marketing preference mean?

This setting controls whether you receive promotional emails or updates from Thrill.

How do I update my marketing preferences?

  1. Go to Account > Preferences

  2. Toggle Marketing Communications on or off

Your choice is saved and applied across future campaigns.
