Viewing & Managing Your Profile

How can I view my profile information?

Click on your Profile icon to view your basic account details. We’re working on expanding this section to include stats and activity history soon.


Security & Passwords

How do I change my password?

You can update your password anytime from your Account > Security section.

  1. Enter your current password

  2. Enter and confirm your new password

I don’t remember my current password — what now?

  1. Try logging in with an incorrect password once

  2. A Forgot Password? link will appear

  3. Follow the email instructions to reset your password

I signed up with Google or Twitch — can I set a password?

Yes. Use the Forgot Password option to add a password to your social login account.


Theme & Appearance

How do I switch between Light and Dark Mode?

You can set your preferred theme under Account > Preferences:

  1. Toggle between Light and Dark mode

  2. This setting is saved locally on your device

You’ll need to re-select your preference on each new device or browser.

Will my theme sync across devices?

No. Theme preference is stored per device. Logging in from a new device will use the default (Light) theme.


Marketing Preferences

What does marketing preference mean?

This setting controls whether you receive promotional emails or updates from Thrill.

How do I update my marketing preferences?

  1. Go to Account > Preferences

  2. Toggle Marketing Communications on or off

Your choice is saved and applied across future campaigns.
