Crypto: How to Make a Withdrawal?

This guide takes you through the key steps to withdraw your crypto smoothly, and avoid mistakes that cost.

Warning: Withdrawals sent to the wrong network or address may be permanently lost.

1. Go to Wallet

From your dashboard, tap the Wallet icon at the top.

2. Click Withdraw

This opens the withdrawal flow.

3. Enter Withdrawal Amount

Type the amount you wish to withdraw.

You can toggle between crypto and fiat values.

4. Select Currency and Network

Choose the cryptocurrency you'd like to withdraw.

Select the correct withdrawal network.

5. Paste Your Wallet Address

Copy the deposit address from your external wallet and paste it into the field.

Use the paste button, manual typing can lead to irreversible loss.

6. Review Everything Carefully

Double-check:

  • The wallet address

  • The selected network

  • The crypto type and amount

7. Submit & Track

Once confirmed, your transaction is broadcast to the blockchain.

You’ll see:

  • Real-time status updates

  • A transaction hash (TXID) to verify it
