Crypto withdrawals are usually fast. But if your funds haven’t arrived, here’s how to diagnose the issue - and what to do next.
Common causes of delays or missing withdrawals
Network congestion (esp. Ethereum)
Receiving wallet delays (including missing memo/tag)
Incorrect network or unsupported token

Step 1: Locate Your Transaction ID in Thrill
Tap your Profile Picture (top right)
Select Transactions
Open the Withdrawals tab
Find the relevant withdrawal and copy the transaction ID
This is your blockchain record. You’ll use it to track, verify, or resolve issues.
Step 2: Use a Blockchain Explorer
Paste your TXID into the correct explorer based on the withdrawal network:

Transaction Statuses Definitions
Pending → Transaction broadcasted, waiting for confirmation
Confirmed → Transaction processed and sent
Dropped / Failed → Transaction was rejected before confirmation

If your TXID shows Confirmed but you haven’t received funds, see Step 3 below
Step 3: Troubleshooting a "Confirmed" Withdrawal That Hasn’t Arrived
If your withdrawal shows as “Confirmed” on the blockchain explorer but the funds haven’t appeared in your receiving wallet, please verify the following:
Checklist:
The wallet address and network used were correct
The destination platform supports the selected network
Any required memo/tag (for networks like XRP or XLM) was entered correctly
If all of the above is correct, the issue is likely on the receiving platform’s side.
