Understanding Your Wallet

Updated over 3 months ago

Your wallet on Thrill.com gives you a smart and organized view of your crypto holdings. It supports multiple assets and makes it easy to track and manage balances in both crypto and fiat. Here's everything you need to know about how to read and use it.

Wallets Total (Top Section)

This is the total value of all your enabled crypto wallets, shown in your selected fiat currency (USD by default). It gives you a quick snapshot of your estimated portfolio value.

Note: This number is calculated using third-party exchange rates and is for reference only. It may not reflect actual withdrawal or exchange value due to rate fluctuations.

Wallet List Breakdown

Each wallet entry shows:

  • The cryptocurrency name and ticker (e.g., Bitcoin – BTC)

  • The crypto balance (e.g., 0.11999 BTC)

  • The equivalent in your fiat display currency (e.g., $10,000.16)

The wallets are ordered automatically by available balance, so your highest-value assets show first.

Action Buttons and Controls

Just below the Wallet Total, you’ll see quick-access buttons:

  • Add money – Opens the deposit flow

  • Buy crypto – Lets you buy crypto (third-party integration)

  • Withdraw – To send funds out

  • More – Opens a menu with Wallet Settings, Manage Wallets, Limits & Fees, Deposit Levels

Manage Wallets View

Here you can:

  • Enable/disable wallets for display

  • View all supported currencies

  • Search for specific assets

  • Re-enable hidden wallets

  • Prioritize which wallets show by toggling visibility

Wallets with funds can’t be disabled — they will always show in “My Wallets.”

Fiat Display and Currency Preferences

You can change your default fiat currency from USD to another supported one in Wallet Settings. This affects:

  • Wallet display

  • Aggregated balance

  • Transaction history

  • Betting currency

  • Gameplay display

Understanding Exchange Rates

  • Exchange rates are provided by a trusted third-party source.

  • Rates update frequently, though not in real time.

  • If a conversion fails, we default to converting first to USD, then to your chosen fiat.

  • You’ll always see a note that fiat conversion rates are estimates only.

Zero Balances and Sorting

  • You can toggle whether to show or hide wallets with zero balance.

  • Sorting is based on available balance (high to low).

  • Assets with no funds are hidden by default if toggled off in settings.

What If a Wallet Gets Funded While Hidden?

  • If a wallet is disabled and then receives funds, it will automatically move to “My Wallets,” but remain toggled off until you manually enable it.

  • Once enabled, wallets with funds cannot be hidden again.
