Changing your personal details, trouble logging in and changing your password

How do I change my personal details?

To change your account details, log in to your Thriva account, then click "Account" in the top right hand corner.

Click Settings β†’ Personal information to change:

  • Your contact phone number

  • Your date of birth

Click Subscriptions and orders to change:

  • Payment details

  • Delivery address

Go to your health profile to change:

  • Your health goals

  • Anything you'd like the reviewing GP to know


How do I change the email address on my account?

Because your email is how we send your results, we don't let you change it directly from your account. We want to be sure the request is coming from you.

To change the email address on your account, contact hello@thriva.co confirming the following details:

  • Your full name and date of birth

  • Your delivery postcode

  • The last 4 digits of your payment card

  • The new email address you'd like to use

What happens next:

  • We'll verify the details and update the email on your account

  • Future results, order updates and reminders will all go to the updated email address

We'll action your request as soon as possible


I'm having trouble logging in

Most login issues come down to one of these:

  1. Type your email address and password. Sometimes typing these details in (instead of copying and pasting them) works better. Make sure there are no spaces before the email address.

  2. Password needs resetting. Use the "forgot password" link on the login page

  3. Browser troubles. Try Chrome or Safari rather than Internet Explorer or Edge. If you're still having trouble, clear your browser cookies and try again

Now try logging in again.


I've mistyped my email address, can you help?

Yes, and if your sample is already in the post, it's fine. Each kit has a unique barcode that links it to your account, so it'll be matched up to the correct account once we've fixed the email.

Email hello@thriva.co with:

  • Your full name and date of birth

  • Your delivery postcode

  • The last 4 digits of your payment card

  • The email you meant to use, and the email you actually used (if you remember it)

We'll get this sorted for you as soon as possible.


How do I change my password?

To reset your Thriva password, click here.


My account is locked

To prevent unauthorised access, your Thriva account will be locked after multiple failed login attempts.

If your account is locked, drop us a message to hello@thriva.co confirming the following details:

  • Your full name and date of birth

  • Your delivery postcode

  • The last 4 digits of your payment card

With this information, we'll unlock your account so that you can log in as normal.


How do you keep my data secure?

We care about your privacy and take security very seriously. We use the latest encryption technologies, and we'll only share your personal information with other organisations after careful consideration and only when we have a legitimate reason. You can log in to your secure dashboard at any time to review your results, and all your data is stored on secure servers based in the EU.

We don't collect or store DNA, blood type or any additional information that hasn't been requested by you. Our labs are UKAS compliant and dispose of your samples within seven days as per lab policy. The tests carried out on your sample are only those that you agreed to.

We don't share any clinical data or test results with third parties. Our privacy policy, website terms and customer terms are always available in the footer of the website.
