Referring a friend

  • At Thriva, all customers who’ve purchased a blood test subscription or one-off test from the Thriva shop will be issued with a refer a friend code. You can access this code from your dashboard.

  • This code allows you as an existing Thriva customer to give your friends a discount on their first blood test order from the Thriva shop.

  • You can share this code as many times as you like with friends who're new to Thriva and have not purchased from us before from the Thriva shop.

  • If your referral code is used, you’ll receive the advertised amount of credit in your Thriva account.

  • You’ll receive your credit once your friend successfully signs up and their order has been dispatched.

  • We’ll email to let you know when your account has been credited. You can also check on your refer a friend page in your Thriva dashboard.

  • Your credit will be automatically applied to your next Thriva blood test purchase. This includes subscriptions and one-off tests.

  • Referral credit is not applicable for purchasing a Thriva+ membership.


How to use referral codes:

  • Referral codes can only be used by people setting up a new Thriva account and who’ve never used the Thriva service before.

  • The credit can only be used to purchase blood tests.

  • The credit cannot be used to purchase blood tests bought through Thriva+ membership tokens.

  • You can apply these discount codes at checkout unless you’ve been sent a referral link in which case it will be auto-applied. If you’re unsure, this article will help.

  • Discounts provided to new users cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.


Credit terms:

  • Referral credit applied to your account as a referrer or referee has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, Thriva+ tokens or supplements.

  • We reserve the right to limit the amount of credit applied to your account under this promotion if we believe that the promotion has been abused in any way.

  • If you cancel your account or don’t purchase from Thriva and haven’t used your credit within two years, it'll be removed.
