You will now be informed if your coach is experiencing hardware issues in a live coaching session and vice versa. It may be that they are yet to give permission to their browser to access their camera and/or microphone.
1. Click the padlock icon on the left of the address bar (where you see https://my.thrive-partners.co.uk/) and make sure your browser is allowing access to your camera and microphone.
2. Visit the settings section of your computer and make sure that the controls in the ‘Volume’ section are set correctly.
3. Please check that your microphone is plugged in, switched on, and the volume is turned up.
4. If you are using headphones or separate speakers, please check that they are fully plugged in, switched on and volume buttons specifically related to the headphones or speakers are turned up.
5. Run a speed test at https://fast.com/. Make sure that the internet speed is over 3.50Mbps.
6. Run a ‘Connection Test’ by click on the ? button on the top right of the screen.
