How to fix screen sharing for Chrome on MacOS

Step 1: Click on the Apple icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Click on "System Preferences..."

Step 3: Click on "Security & Privacy".

Step 4: Click on the "Privacy" tab.

Step 5: In the list of apps on the left, scroll down and click on "Screen Recording".

Step 6: You might need to click on the padlock icon in the bottom-left and type in your password to make changes. If it's already unlocked, click the checkbox alongside "Google Chrome" on the right.

Make sure to tick the checkboxes other any other browsers you might also be using (e.g., Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari)

You can then close this window. You will now be able to share your screen in your Google Chrome internet browser.
