Release Notes from August 5, 2025

Written by Kelsey Chan

We've resolved a few issues to make your experience smoother and more reliable.

1. No More Moving Cursor For Notes

Previously, the cursor jumped unexpectedly while typing in notes. This has been resolved, ensuring a stable and predictable typing experience.

2. Add Position Compensation Details Easily

We fixed a bug that sometimes prevented adding compensation details if a person's work history had companies that weren't fully linked. You can now add compensation information to profiles even with unlinked companies present.

3. Maintain Editor Permissions in Projects

An issue where 'Editor' permissions were incorrectly changed to 'Viewer' after editing a project's overview tab has been fixed. Your assigned permissions will now remain consistent, allowing operations team members to edit projects as expected.

Corrected Interview Status

  • Problem: Some interviews in a "Scheduling in Progress" state were incorrectly migrated as "Completed" events with an August 1st date.

  • Fix: These records have been reset to their correct "Scheduling in Progress" status, and the incorrect timestamps have been removed.

Offer Date Accuracy

  • Problem: Some migrated records displayed an incorrect offer date

  • Fix: All profiles now reflect the correct historical offer dates.

Rejection Date Accuracy

  • Problem: Some migrated candidate records were assigned an incorrect rejection date of July 30th.

  • Fix: These dates have been updated to match their original values.

Generate Reports Faster

  • Problem: Large reports took an extended time to create and download.

  • Fix: We have significantly increased the processing speed for report generation. Now, even complex reports with hundreds of pages will generate in a fraction of the time.

Download Complete Scorecard Data

  • Problem: We resolved an issue where downloaded Candidate and Project reports would sometimes have incomplete scorecard information.

  • Fix: Text is no longer cut off, and all star ratings will now display correctly, ensuring your exported reports are complete and accurate.
