New Features

Person Activities Tab

  • While on a person’s side panel, view a chronological timeline of key actions—like notes, outreach, scorecards, and project movements—taken on a person.

  • Hiring managers cannot see this side panel.

  • Filter by projects and activity type to narrow down activities if there is something specific you are looking for.

Interview Analytics

We're excited to introduce a new Interview Analytics experience in the project side panel! Users can now easily track the number of interviews conducted on a search, distinguish between recruiter and client interviews, and see how many unique candidates have participated. Plus, you’ll get a clear list view of both interviews and unique candidates.

Feature Enhancements

Bulk Candidate Tagging

Save time and stay organized with the new bulk candidate tagging feature! You can now select multiple candidates in your project and efficiently add or remove tags for all of them at once. The streamlined modal makes it easy to see which tags are applied to some, all, or none of your selected candidates.

Project Notes Only Filter

We’ve made it easier to focus on what matters in your project by adding a new “Project notes only” filter to the Notes tab in the project side panel. Now, you can quickly filter out candidate-related notes and view just the project-level information you need. The filter is on by default, so you have this focused view on load.

Persistent Bulk Selection

Now, when you bulk select multiple candidates or cards to perform actions like moving stages or logging outreach, your selections will remain active—making it easy to apply several actions in a row without having to re-select each time. Selections will only clear if you choose “Reject candidate(s)” or “Remove from project,” or if you refresh the page, streamlining multi-step updates and saving you valuable time.

Bulk Company List Actions

You can now easily select multiple companies from any company list and take bulk actions—like adding them to another list or targeting them for a project—all in one go. This update brings the same convenient bulk selection and action banner you know from the company index to company lists, making it faster and simpler to manage large sets of companies.

Unified Project Dropdowns

To make it easier for users to find and select projects, we’ve standardized the project dropdown component across the app—now, the same intuitive dropdown used in “Add to Project” is also available when adding Outreaches and Events. This update ensures your projects are always at the top, streamlining your workflow and making project selection a breeze.

More Candidate CSV Data

We’ve enhanced the Candidate CSV export to give users more of the data they need at a glance. Now, when you download the Candidate CSV from a project, you’ll see three new columns: primary_phone_number (the primary phone number from the person profile), rejected_by (who rejected the candidate), and rejection_note (any notes from the rejection modal). Plus, the existing “email” column is now clearly labeled as “primary_email” for better clarity. These updates make it easier to track candidate details and rejection reasons right from your exported data.

Clear Tab Titles for All Pages

We've made it easier to work with multiple tabs in Thrive TRM by setting clear, descriptive tab titles across all major pages in addition to the existing tab titles for people pages and projects. Now, you can instantly spot the right tab at a glance, even when opening pages in the background, making your multi-tab workflow smoother than ever.

In addition to the improvements above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
