New Features

Bulk Tagging in Index Pages and Improved Filtering

To streamline data management and improve search precision, we’ve introduced a new bulk tagging modal for People and Company index pages alongside a powerful AND/OR toggle for the "Other tags" filter on People, allowing you to apply multiple tags simultaneously and retrieve specific record cohorts with ease.

Feature Enhancements

Filtering Updates for Project and Company Index

To give you more control over your data, we've introduced AND/OR logic to filters on the Project and Company Index pages, allowing you to toggle between finding records that match any selected criteria or only those that match all of them.

We've also added a new Investor filter to the Project Index, making it easy to surface projects associated with companies backed by your selected investors.

Pre-call Agenda Enhancements

To provide a cleaner and more professional reporting experience, we’ve streamlined the Pre-call Agenda with improved single-spaced formatting for seamless copy-pasting, simplified candidate and event layouts that remove unnecessary coordinator details, and updated date and header formats to ensure your project updates are concise and easy to read.

Off Limits tab organization improvements

Off Limits is now easier to find and scan, with a dedicated Pending section and a collapsible Previous section to reduce noise and improve clarity.

  • Off Limits tab is prioritized after Experience and before Projects

  • Pending Off Limits are moved to a dedicated section to reduce noise in the Active OL section

  • Previous Off Limits is collapsible and collapsed by default

Consistent Right Click Behavior

To improve multitasking and workflow efficiency, we have enabled the ability to right-click and open project details and person side panels in a new browser tab in all areas of the application.

Backchannel Reference Label on Previous Data

To ensure data integrity following the migration from Thrive 1.0, we have backfilled the "backchannel" label on migrated reference records to restore their original designation and improve searchability. Basically, every record that was labeled as “Backchannel” in Thrive 1.0 should also have that label in Thrive 2.0.

New Networks Tab

We took the opportunity to clean up the person side panel, pulling 3 tabs into a single new tab called Network. Under Network you'll find four sub-tabs. References & Referrals and Connections are exactly the same— just reorganized here. The old Identified tab, which surfaced backchannel overlaps, is now called Work Overlaps — same data, clearer name. Introductions is brand new.

Company Filter Logic Update

To ensure more accurate search results, we updated the Company "Limit to" filter logic so that individuals currently employed at a company are no longer included in "Past" results, even if they held previous positions at that same organization.

High Impact Bug Fixes

  1. Accurate Order of Experience Records: To ensure career histories are clear and accurate, we fixed an issue where non-consecutive experiences at the same company were incorrectly grouped together, now correctly displaying them as separate entries when there is a gap in employment.

  2. Rejected candidates will appear at the top of the column: When you move a candidate to another stage using the Reject button, stage selector, or similar actions, the card will now land at the top of the destination column so recently moved candidates are easy to find.

    • Recently rejected candidates are easier to locate for client agenda prep and follow-ups

    • Reduces confusion where candidates “disappear” after being moved to a stage

In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
