Searching with Natural Language
Welcome to a more intuitive way to find what you need in Thrive. We are introducing Natural Language Search Queries (NLSQ), a generative AI-powered feature designed to help you find People, Companies, and Jobs using plain English—no complex filters required.
What is Natural Language Search?
Instead of manually selecting multiple filters or guessing exact keywords, you can now type your search intent just like you’re speaking to a colleague.
Our Generative AI engine translates your request into precise API calls to fetch the most relevant results instantly.
Example queries you can try:
"Find software engineers in New York with experience in React."
"Show me open Marketing Manager roles posted in the last 14 days."
"List companies in the healthcare sector based in Boston."
How it Works
Enter Your Query: Use the plain text search field at the top of your dashboard.
AI Processing: Thrive uses advanced AI to analyze your request and identify the specific parameters (like location, job title, or industry) you’re looking for.
Permission-Based Results: The system automatically checks your user role and permissions to ensure you only see the records you are authorized to view.
Refine & Browse: Your results will appear as a filtered list of People, Company, or Job records.
