The 'Filter' functionality in the ‘Events’ page can help you to refine and organize your Events page based on various criteria. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to utilize these filters effectively:

  1. Log in to your Tackle account.

  2. To begin, navigate to your Events page within Tackle.

3. From the Events page in either 'List' or 'Table' view, locate and select the 'Filter' button. This action will reveal various filtering capabilities for you to explore. You can select “Add advanced filter” to further explore more filtering options.

  • Event title or Event description

You can filter events based on keywords present in the event title or description. You can insert for the keyword "Meeting" to find all events with "Meeting" in their title or description.

  • Tags

You can refine the events with empty or not empty, or by using specific tags. For instance, you can select "Tag is empty" to view events that have no tags assigned.

Alternatively, you can filter by a specific tag, such as "Sales: Prospecting," to find events tagged accordingly.

  • Event Color

If you're using any color-coding formats in your Google Calendar, you can promptly filter the events by color.

For example, you can filter events by event color, such as "Flamingo," if you've used color coding to signify different types of meetings or events.

  • Attendee domain/ email

You can further refine event results by including or excluding specific attendee domains or attendee email addresses from an event.

You can exclude events where the attendee domain is "@stark.com" or include events with the specific attendee email "tony@stark.com".

  • Attendee Count

You can filter events based on the number of attendees to any calendar event. For instance, you can filter events with over 10 attendees to identify larger team gatherings or conferences.

  • Duration

You can set duration filters to find events within specific time frames. You can set a duration filter for events lasting more than 2 hours to locate longer meetings or workshops.

  • All day events

You filter and view all events scheduled for an entire day, such as public holidays or full-day conferences. You choose to exclude all day events or extract only the all day events in your search result.

  • RSVP

You can refine events by RSVP status of the attendees- if the events were accepted or declined.

For example, you can use this filter for events to count confirmed attendance or identify declined events.

  • Properties

You can tailor the event results based on different properties too. If you have a text property that’s called ‘Location’, using the property filter, you can view all events that took place in a specific location. Click here to learn more about different properties.

4. You can also set up Filter groups to combine multiple filters to fine-tune event searches and locate precise information. For example, filtering by specific tags and attendee domains simultaneously.

  • Select ‘Add a filter’ button to expand the filter group.

5. After selecting the desired filter criteria, click on the 'Apply filter' button to activate the chosen filters.

6. You can further reset applied filters and view all events again, click on the 'Reset' button.

Furthermore, you can save any filters to a page using the ‘Save’ button.

That’s it! You can use these filtering capabilities to effortlessly navigate through your Google Calendar data within Tackle's ‘Events’ page.
