Ways to Get Support

1. Use the Help Center (you’re here!)

Browse our growing library of guides, how-tos, and walkthroughs. All designed to help you make the most of Tinkery.

2. Chat with TinkeryBot

In-app, you'll find the Tinkery chatbot in the bottom-right corner. It can help with:

  • Navigating the platform

  • Finding specific help articles

  • Collecting your questions for the support team if needed

3. Submit a Support Ticket via Email

Can’t find what you need? Want human help?

Just email us at help@tinkery.ai with a brief description of your issue. If possible, include:

  • The name of your Project

  • Screenshots or error messages

  • Your browser and system details

We typically respond within one business day (faster during EU work hours).

4. Join the Tinkery Community on Slack
