Troubleshooting
For HubSpot Admins:
Navigate to the “Map notes to specific fields based on note tags” feature in tl;dv.
Toggle the feature to enable it.
3. If required permissions haven't been granted yet, you'll be prompted to authorize the necessary access scopes in HubSpot.
4. Go to your Hubspot account and make sure that you have the necessary permissions enabled
5. Go back to tl;dv, disconnect your Hubspot integration, and connect it again
6. Try toggling the custom field mapping feature and proceeding with the configuration.
