After a meeting is over, there are 2 main ways that you can access the final recording, transcript and timestamped notes:
Check your email after the meeting
You will receive an email from tl;dv as soon as the meeting is over. This email has all the timestamped notes and a link to the complete recording and transcript. 😊
Login to your tl;dv account
All the meetings you participate with tl;dv are linked to the email that you used during the meeting. In order to access your past meetings, all you have to do is login to tl;dv using that email.
I can't find my recording
In rare cases, it can happen that your meeting is not visible in your meeting library.
The most common reason is that tl;dv was first invited by a another attendant of the meeting who has their sharing settings set to private.
Please reach out to our support and share the following information:
The exact calendar event title of the meeting that you recorded
The link to the meeting room that you used for this meeting
A screenshot of the calendar event, with all invitees and meeting room visible
