Where does the background image appear on my Toast Online Ordering page?
Answer
If you upload a Background image to the Restaurant info page in Toast Web (under Takeout & delivery), it will appear on your e-Gift card purchase page, your e-Gift card balance lookup page, and your Toast Loyalty rewards signup. The Background image will not appear on your Toast Online Ordering page.
Make sure your background image has the following specs to ensure high-resolution quality:
300 pixels per inch (PPI)
16:9 aspect ratio
1920 pixels wide x 1080 pixels high
Note: This is different than the background image for your Toast Self-Ordering Kiosk, which is uploaded to the Kiosk setup page in Toast Web (Front of house > Mobile dining solutions > Kiosk setup). To learn more, see Set Up Your Kiosk.
