How do I apply a service charge to my Toast Mobile Order & Pay® checks only?

Answer

First, create a service charge that is specific to Order & Pay only. For more information, see Customize Service Charges and Mandatory Gratuity.
Set up a Service Area called O&P - Do not use (so servers don’t try using it).
1. After setting the service area name, you'll see Auto Apply Gratuity at the bottom of the page.
2. Select Yes and select the O&P-specific service charge you set up above.
3. Select Save.
4. Manually add the tables and build the dining room again to mirror the main dining room.
5. Optional: Change the table names of this new O&P Area by adding 'O&P' or a letter before each table number so they can be differentiated.
  - For example, in the main dining room, the table is just 5. In this new O&P service area, the table might be O&P5.
When setting up O&P for the first time, make sure to generate the QR codes of the tables in this new O&P Service area you just created above and not the regular dining room.
