The Out of Range for Delivery error message typically indicates that the guest’s address is not in your delivery range. If you feel there is an error with your delivery radius, follow these steps to adjust:

  1. Navigate to Toast Web > Takeout & Delivery > Takeout & Delivery.

  2. Select Availability, and finally Takeout/delivery.

  3. Scroll down to the Delivery area section.

  4. Select the Polygon tool (square icon) located in the top right of the map. This tool allows you to draw and define your delivery area.

  5. Click within the map to draw the boundaries of your delivery area. To stop drawing, double-click on the map.

  6. If you need to clear your drawing, select the Delete icon or the Reset delivery area button above the map. You can also reset the map location if you need to adjust your restaurant's initial location.

  7. Save and Publish.
