How do I fix the "ForbiddenException" error message?

This error code comes up when an employee is being invited to Toast Web and selects the link in their email to activate their account. Even though the correct steps were followed, in some cases, this pulls an error.
To troubleshoot this error, the user can try the link in their email again. If that does not work, a manager or employer should:
Log into Toast Web and navigate to Employees > Employee management > Employees.
Locate the employee on this page.
Hover over the blue Invited status icon and select Resend invitation.
