Why am I unable to edit my hours under the online ordering schedule settings?

Answer

If you're having trouble adjusting your online ordering schedule, it's usually because the default dining option hasn't been set up for both takeout and delivery. Once that's complete, your online ordering times will appear, and you'll be able to update them.

If you're receiving orders outside your scheduled times, please check your location's daily schedule.

Note: You won't see the hours for your online ordering schedule until a default dining option has been assigned to both order types available on the online ordering portal.
