Here are some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve it:
Check Menu Item Availability
Make sure every item on your invoice or order is still active on your menu. If a menu item included in a draft or open invoice has been archived, it can prevent the order from pricing or loading correctly.
Verify Service Charges, Discounts, and Dining Options:
Confirm that any service charges, discounts, or dining options used on your invoice or order are still active and available on your menu.
Review Sequence and Swap Pricing
Ensure that no items on the order have sequence and swap pricing enabled. This feature isn't supported on invoices or within the catering module and can cause pricing or loading problems.
