Why aren't my surcharges showing on my orders?

If you have properly enabled credit card surcharging and aren't seeing surcharges added to applicable checks, you may need to reboot or resync your data. Follow the steps below:
​

  1. Confirm that Credit Card Surcharging is enabled. See Get Started with Credit Card Surcharging for more information.

  2. Follow the steps in this article Get Help with the Toast App on the POS.

Note: Resyncing data should be done with caution as any unsynced info (i.e., orders, payments, etc) that is cached and stored on the device will be wiped and cannot be recovered. If you took any credit card payments on a device before you resync your data or cache, double-check your Toast Web sales to ensure those payments are there.
