Deliverect Integration Overview
Deliverect provides an online ordering and delivery platform aggregator solution that allows you to inject orders from multiple third-party online ordering and delivery platforms, and also accept orders via Deliverect’s first-party online ordering platform. Leveraging Toast’s menus, stock information, and sales data, Deliverect allows you to streamline operational workflows for third-party orders, enabling them to focus on serving their guests, and improving their sales across all their order channels.
Toast customers in the U.S. and Canada can now easily integrate Deliverect via Toast Partner Integrations.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

For multi-unit and enterprise-sized operations, a single pilot location will be onboarded and then rolled out in batches of 10-15 new locations each week post.

Deliverect Toast Web Configuration
You will need to have an Other Payment Option and Takeout/Pickup and Delivery dining options set up in Toast Web. Deliverect’s team will work directly with you to set up and configure their online ordering to ensure your menus and settings work to specification within Deliverect and Toast.
For the required Other Payment Option, you should follow and work directly with Deliverect to set this up according to Deliverect’s needed specifications. Check out this article to learn more about Other Payment Option setup: Set Up Other Payment Options.
For dining options, you will need a Takeout dining option with the behavior set to Takeout and a Delivery dining option with the behavior set to Delivery. Deliverect’s team can guide you on any specifics needed for naming and setup. Check out this article for more on setting up Dining Options: Dining Options.
Toast also recommends you set up specific revenue centers, to aid in easy and discrete data and reporting. Should you like to set this up, they can follow the steps outlined here: Create and Assign Revenue Centers.
Deliverect Menu Sync
The following will be honored in your menu sync: default modifiers, nested modifiers, allergen tags, and menu rules. Note that not all channels (such as Grubhub or Uber Eats) can consume all menu structures. Your menus will be pushed to channels individually, or in bulk.
Deliverect supports size-based pricing, but does not currently support time-based pricing. As a workaround, you can create menus on a schedule through Deliverect's menu builder.
If you're having additional trouble syncing menus, please reach out to Integrations Support for help.
