How do I disable printing the guest copy of the receipt?
Answer
For online orders, you can customize which payment receipts are printed automatically.
Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Takeout & delivery > Availability > Takeout/delivery.
Scroll down to Receipt Printing > Payment receipts.
Uncheck Customer Copy.
Save and publish your changes.
