What should I do if I'm not receiving a Toast Payroll security token in my inbox?

Answer

Two groups of users will occasionally encounter a security token checkpoint: unlinked HR+ users trying to log in and employees trying to change their payment method. If you're expecting a security token and you have not yet received one, follow these steps:

  1. Search your inbox for an email from noreply@toasttab.com. It is titled Login Token and these emails should be received almost immediately.

  2. Check your Spam/Junk folder. In some cases, tokens can be filtered out by an email carrier.

  3. If these two steps fail, attempt your action once more. If you still have not received a token 60 seconds after performing the action again, contact Customer Care.
