What should I do if a check reopens with duplicate items after using our Toast device in Offline Mode?
I found duplicate items on checks following an outage/disruption (or after using our device in Offline Mode), what should I do to fix it?

If you found duplicate or additional items on checks after using your Toast device in Offline Mode, you must void (remove) the extra or duplicate item(s) to close the check (for instructions, see Void Items, Payments, and Checks).
