Answer
If you're using Grubhub's direct integration, you now have more control over which of your menus appear on Grubhub.
You can contact Grubhub Support directly to request that specific menus be hidden from your Grubhub listing. Simply email Grubhub at pos-help@Grubhub.com and list the exact names of the Toast menus you wish to hide.
Notes:
This feature is only available for Grubhub's direct integration.
To ensure your menus show on other third-party ordering platforms, make sure their visibility settings in Toast are set to "Visible To: Partners."
If you change a menu name in Toast, it will become visible again on Grubhub, and you'll need to submit a new request to Grubhub Support to hide it.
Any new menus you create and set as "Visible To: Partners" in Toast will automatically show on Grubhub. You'll need to email Grubhub Support to hide these as well.
Some customers have access to the Third Party Ordering Configuration page in Toast Web. If you have this page, you can manage your Grubhub menu visibility directly there, following the steps outlined in the Grubhub Third Party Ordering Configuration Page guide.
